I have over 25 years of experience running my own businesses as well as managing shopping centers. My father and I have owned shopping centers both locally and back east. 

As a landlord myself and in the many businesses I have owned as a Tenant, I have worked in negotiating leases for both sides Landlord & Tenant. I have a good sense for what each party is looking for.
